It began for me in 1995, an agreement for a short race with a friend, but has since transformed into a process of deliberate and targeted training to compete successfully in these track events that combine swimming, cycling and walk.
Leadership is another of my passions and I found many parallels between physical abilities and stamina to compete in a multi-sport competition, and emotional and behavioral skills necessary to succeed as a leader. Neither the management nor the athletic success comes overnight. It can not be rushed or done by reading a book or attend a seminar.
As a coach, I help professionals refine their approach to setting goals, planning, commitment, experience and support, like my triathlon coach encourages me to focus on themselves. The awards are also similar: a gradual improvement yet measurable and continuous development of new skills and areas of excellence.
Some specific areas where I found my passions converge:
Goal Setting
After several seasons of training rather random, shopping, I decided to become more focused and intentional in my training and racing and began to set goals for each season. These varied objectives, focusing on the number of breeds, types of racing, competition schedules, and more recently from injuries.
But my goals are always specific in nature, a strategy that I often recommend to clients who want to become more effective leaders. Targets have the power to mobilize and focus efforts. Planning
I could never achieve my goals without planning triathlon. Commitment

Experience
