Brooks Beast Running Shoes

Posted on May 30, 2010.
Brooks Beast Running ShoesBrooks Adrenaline GTS Are Brooks Beast 8 and the same type of running shoe?

My feet are flat and I am a big frame. I did very well in Brooks Adrenaline GTS 8. I recently discovered a pair of slightly worn Brooks Beast in my closet. I do not know how or why. They look familiar, then maybe I've lost when I moved. Is it similar to the shoe support and makeup if I can wear Adrenaline GTS, Brooks Beast should work well for me too?

The beast is the gold standard of shoes and motion control is a cut above the adrenalines. If you can run in the adrenalines, chances are you would be in the animals as long as they are the right size. The beast is really designed for runners high (sounds like you) with low arches who need to control movement. I am light (140 lbs), but I run into animals, the best shoes I ever owned. I came to your question when you otherwise - wondering if I could use epinephrine (part only giving me options when buying shoes in case I do not find animals for sale). I agree with the answer on the other orthotics too. I just use Superfeet, you can buy off the shelf but I get the facts - they heat and vacuum-mold them to your foot, about $ 100 vs. 300-800 for orthotics (but those would be worth if c is what you need to run). I've been running 30 years, had many injuries and I tried a lot of shoes, animals are to me, they could be for you, too. Good luck and Keep On Running!

I like the adrenaline and wrote about the kind of support you can get to wait. The Beast has more stability and adrenaline, a moderate amount. ... http://hubpages.com/hub/Brooks Flag

If you are flat footed, I suggest you Orthopaedics, whether the foot of your doctor or a local store. these will bring up your arches and provide the support you need. you can tell if the shoes are the same a little looking. If part of the shoe is similar, then it is the same thing, but usually two different companies do not make the same shoe
