Cap Sleeve Leotard

OK. So, my dance studio is making us wear these jerseys:

The material they are made is very ruthless when it comes to my curvy-Ness. (They are made entirely of nylon and spandex!) It is obvious that we need to wear tights under those things, and when I put on tights, which creates bumps / humps. Tips?

In addition, this suit has a lower back, so I can not really wear a bra under, but I need the support. I can not exactly go now and buy one of those with clear plastic in the back, so what can I do, just for today?

well, id wear black because black is slimming. as for the tights, I started doing my old pairs of tights. I cut small slits in the top tights. they stop the bomb lol. but make sure it's an old pair!

my dance studio, girls just show them al bra. if i cannot really help there. get arms that are the same color as the coat.

I usually wear a beige bra underneath if you have one of these, leotard, if e is in black, wearing a black bra. And if you can not get it and beige tights, you may be able to wear a leotard old (if you have one) under your coat. And as for the tights, I would try to put the sticky tape higher or lower on the hips. Hope this helps =]

Well for the rough-tion of tights, you can try body tights. or you pull the upper body farther. You can also try to get a leotard, which will help smooth things and help with support. I wear a bra under mine for the class and it has a lower back. Just get a sports bra the same color as the Lion.

You can try to wear tights body that would be bumps and could help a little with your throat problems just make sure you get one with a lower back.

Just like that, but I'm sure you could find one with a lower back in the dance off or something.

This may sound weird, but what you can do is get a bra and cut the clip back and straps so its just the 2 cups attached and stitch in Leon. and then when you can get it for cn-tailer and they can do proffessionally!

What I did in the past to pay a larger size, this way, it is not so tight. If not for the class and not a story, then just wear a bra. I am sure that nobody in the class you going to care if they can see the back of your bra. Also, for your pantyhose, tights that they come with small bumps or not. Some people use them and think they work hard, but I did not. I also heard of people who cut the head off their tights, you can not see the fit. If this suit is just for practice in class, do not worry about all the problems.
