Yes, u can play modern games and new games such as Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, seeing all your specifications of your PC, I can say that u can run most games today, without delay is fine, it is not recommended for u to get a Quad, u can still play new games with your current processor, but quad is better. The graph that I can say is a good card, if you SLI would be better. 4GB of RAM is quite enough for games, plus you can always improve.
