Danskin Now I bought a £ 5 bullet that came with an exercise DVD. Does anyone know how many calories in the diet burns video? It is approximately 24 minutes of hard exercise.

But looking medicine ball training on youtube. There are better on the DVD. You can do a lot with this ball! =)
