Exercise Shorts

In carrying out the exercise in shorts neoprene, can you wear shorts to normal on them or just wear shorts year by themselves?

I used to wear them and was wearing a pair of Umbro football shorts over them, so I do not feel so "exposed" if you know what I mean! (I am slim and fit, but I do not like the world is so much personal information). That said, many people do just to carry alone. Depends on your level of modesty and generosity, I suppose!

It is one or. Whatever you're comfortable. If you are a bit modest, you might want to wear shorts over them.

You can wear them either. Some people do not like tight clothes when they work so they wear pants or shorts over it. Others prefer to wear less and less bulk. Go with what you are most comfortable. Now go sweat your ass off. HA:)

Some people do it DONT. If you plan to use them in a gym and a lot of people will let themselves, if your practice of outdoor sports or things that you want something on top
