I heard that it's safer!?
I can see how it could be slightly more effective, but not much.
Nevertheless, I believe I am correct in my decision to practice / getting used to cycling with fixed gear normal straps / clipless.
I'm about to get / set up my first bike fixed adapted (after falling in love after having tried one) and need to be enlightened!
