You're English so you can potentially eligible (forget the ability) to play cricket for England, fottball, tennis, rugby, etc., and you may be eligible if one or another English club says you can.

All those you mentioned are English, except Bassey, who is Welsh.

The most original (native) genes are found only in some people in west Wales the most points of Wales. The rest of us are courtesy of the interbreeding of various invaders. It has been Britishness little in the way you plan for thousands of years. It is a kind of illusion to think that he really existed.
