This is obviously a mistake steering geometry
the joystick to follow up, I think are good Kwik experts to brush up.
One other posibility is that there is more hair on one side of the head of the broom
This will cause uneven air through the rear end and could cause
transport in circles.
Regarding the dizziness, I recommend your wife stays off the joystick
for a short period.
Update
I have just taken part in exchange joystick that will only around
in the right circles, I could not leave it to you a very favorable price.
Perhaps if you tied the two together, you end up with a broomstick flying
right.

Thank you for the offer Honest John, but we found out what was wrong, the hook Cauldron was the wrong place, move it slightly makes all the difference, I suggest you check yours, apparently is a fault common with this model broomstick, and manufacturers will not issue a recall.
It is now very happy and try the Sea Air Land issue very soon

The last time the cat got on with it, he returned with a weathervane in a leg and part of the landing gear of aircraft in the other. it took me four hours to get the broomstick (Scared Stiff), and when I got up the next day, most of his fur had turned white, but I'm happy to say that he is back to normal now. but there is no way to make it less than a hundred meters from the joystick.
Fortunately, we have a cat that is very shortsighted, so that we can strap him to stick.

Well the record attempt went well, in 10 tracks, the brush worked well, and the cat behaved himself.
