Where is the best place in Bristol (United Kingdom) to buy ladies leather bike racing, not just a trouser suit? Fowlers and the riders are a bit on the pricey side.

Hein Gericke do good things, but also try the leather guys too. they are much more sensitive that GRLS orders, especially if you're after race stuff.
Also, I am a brand new set of leathers Akito (1 piece race leathers ladies) off eBay for only £ 20.00.
Try things in stores, and then look online for what you are looking for.
I would also like to recommend products made by Richa, Akito, Weise, and Hein Gericke Prexport.
Hein Gericke, if any, worth a try, but do not expect cheap bike gear do you ladies can get to a major event in cycling where there are lots of stalls selling gear - I think they are always the best especially towards the end of the summer.
I think Frank Thomas reasonable price for quality. Many dealers stock their products or can order them.
