Make Your Own Leotard

I know it's a stupid question, but I've never really done one from scratch before. I need to clean my coat (with a skirt attatch) for an upcoming competition of rhythmic gymnastics, so it must be really good and glittery. :-) I looked on the net for a person, but they are much too expensive (£ 300 +)!!!

take an old piece swimsuit and bring it to the dance balllet thingy:) ta-da! instand leotard!

Oh my god! Rhythmic Gymnastics! a™¥ Well I wish I had a bit of a swimsuit, maybe put a little glue on part of it and put glitter on may obtain bows or ribbon and patients on shoulder the parties [or sewing] and you might have a winner, then you might buy too much? [This thing they use] ballet and carrying it up xx LOL Sorry if my ideas are random as I have no personal experience absoulotely of clothing!

You could just buy a good plain one and decorate it yourself. It would be much easier. This will sound silly, but try to go into a store for school uniforms, because they sell lots of jerseys. Well the one I go to the point. Then just get glitter or paint you have and draw a really cool design on it!

As for the skirt, measure your waist, cut a few appropriate materials, and put a button on one end. You'll need an overlapping cover your leg well.
