Mountain Bike Competitions

I'm looking in particular at the Raleigh Elavation

I looked online and could not find any info on a new rise in Raleigh ... They are not listed on the website of Raleigh, then you're probably a Walmart / bike shop that uses the name of Raleigh. I would not want competition on a bicycle that is the entry level, because they probably have not been set up right, and are of low quality.

Check bikes for a direct component of good spec bike in your price range. If you are going to compete when you want at least the level Deore components. Do not let the full suspension unless you spend at least $ 800 on Motobecane Fantom like (do not waste money on a Ghost) Stay away from Forks Suntour Enty level they are really hooked.

Or check eBay or Craigslist for a nicer bike, I picked up a Cannondale Rush for $ 750 on eBay brand new in the box so you can get bargains if you look.
