Road Bike Gear

Road Bike GearConverting a road bike, 6 train in a fixed gear bike what do I need?

I have a road bike 6 speed and want to make a fixie without changing the hub and I hope not buy many parts of the whole, what is the easiest and cheapest to do with Araya 700c 28 "rims and quick release?

There are some things to consider when converting to fixie. you should chage hub. easiest conversion for a fixie is a flip flop hub. You can buy a complete rear wheel fixie on eBay for $ 50. platform normal coats, (when running are'nt pedals) a hub does not work fixie. it would be useful if you have horizontal dropouts or Track on your part as a result, it is easy to change the chain tension without MCB chain. ONEC you swapped the hubs over, put one tray on the handle, put a single sprocket on the back, add your channel, and u a fixie!
