RunningtimesHow intelligently calculate the speed of a runner on different distances.?

I create a program that, among other things, can estimate the time of runners in a race within a different race (taking into account any athlete run slower in a longer race). Does anyone know an equation that could be used for this?

This program does what I want:

Any "formulas" that are out there made by people doing a lot of statistical analysis, etc., then you can be sure you have the appropriate permission to begin to tap into things like programs.

There are predictive models like those of Dave Cameron and Pete Riegel, but the film McMillan Calculator is probably the best known.
