You may be able to find some used, a store specializing in resale, eBay or Amazon would probably be good places to start. Contact your local personality / rink chapter for further assistance. They should be able to point you in the right direction. You should be able to find them online by visiting the website of the national skating association and looking for a chapter in your state.
