Are there any types / forms of clothing or gear made for the race? Because I jog and my t-shirt and boxers are always soaked with sweat. The t-shirt and shorts kind of giving me a skin rash.

Yes, absolutely! Go to any sports shop good or good shop, and you will find a huge selection on them.
running clothing designed to wick moisture away from yourskin and keep you warm (or cool in summer) are very special stitching (flat Flatlock), breathing and signs of resistant bacteria. Some are even designed to help you perform better. It is amazing what they have there. Fitted clothes running is what I wear because there are no areas in the clothes that drafts would enter. Whether you have a rash is probably wear or bacteria and sweat combined gives you a rash.

What material are your clothes made from? Chances are they are cotton. Because most of the riders sweat, cotton clothes are a bad choice to wear during the race. Choose clothing made of other materials such as polyester, which have the ability to wick. Fabrics such as polyester wicks sweat from your body, unlike cotton.

They do not need to be made specifically for racing. You can obtain appropriate clothing much cheaper at Walmart or Target that will do.

However, if you want to spend the extra money, there are clothes designed specifically for the race. They are more expensive and you can find in any store running. Some people prefer them because they are designed for runners. Others are more generic clothing works very well and prefer to save money.
