The cleats on my cycling shoes stand every few uses, is it the shoes or cleats? I specialized mountain bike shoes with SPD cleats, mainly used in spinning. Every two or three times I wear them, I notice the spikes get lost on one of the shoes. So, I'm shaking frequently. Does this indicate that the shoe or cleat has a problem and may need to be replaced?
Thank you.
Listen, dude, you're talking nonsense.
Make sure that the own son. It still happens that you can use Locktite on nets.
Often the spikes to loosen after the first ride, but they should be well after the first tightening.
In your case ...
If they are tight enough Loctite on the threads and still can not hold them securely, you may need longer bolts. catches usually come with two bolts of different lengths, so you can try longer.
