What Clog Dancing?
In the U.S., dance clog or blockage, as it is sometimes called, has its origins in square dancing. This is not where or how, however, began clogging. This is not entirely clear, but blockage may have been developed long ago as the 1400s, which would make it one of the oldest types of dance still in existence since its creation. Clog dancing is the official name, but many people refer to him as clogging.
