3. / Leggings / Capri. Nothing Fancy Pants Shorts necessary, but research lycra for maximum comfort.
4. T-shirt. Nothing wrong with a cotton T-shirt good old days, but they may feel wet and heavy during your journey. For added comfort and nothing beats a factor of technical style top - so called because it is made of nylon fabric with lightweight moisture-wicking properties special that keeps you dry during the race.
5. Waterproof / windproof. Again, a jacket designed and run not only beautiful, but can really make a difference in your race on a rainy day. Choose a lightweight, breathable fabric and fit snuggish to keep you dry and allow you to run freely.
6. Stopwatch / clock running. Gadget Fans can really go to town here, there are watches with multiple functions - allowing you time intervals, tours, etc. - but in reality you only need one shows that will run your time accurately.
7. Bottled water. Specially designed easy-grip running bottles are inexpensive and will keep you hydrated with a minimum of inconvenience.
8. High-visibility/reflective clothing / accessories. If you run in low light or dark, it is essential to make yourself visible. Invest in a top with detail fluorescent and / or torque arm or ankle bands.
9. Personal alarm. Female runners especially need to be safety conscious: in addition to select routes carefully so on your own, a personal alarm is a worthwhile investment. A small, lightweight, clip-on design is ideal.
10. Socks. Again, trainer / athletic socks is sufficient, but a good pair of running socks help prevent blisters, to provide extra cushioning and keep your feet cool.
