The Zoot running shoes for people of good training for a race? I'm starting to run now and train for some upcoming races, and I wondered if Zoot shoes are ok for this or are they only for triathaletes?
There are certainly better choices. They are designed to quickly or the deletion of the triathlete. They heel is also very unconventional that can give your problems.

That said, I do know at least one runner in high school much success that carried them during the season of skiing .... it depends on what works for the individual
